Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Gesundheitsversorgung 2030 wird sich in vielerlei Hinsicht von der heutigen Praxis unterscheiden; und das ist auch gut so! Denn sie wird sich am Kunden und dessen Bedürfnissen orientieren und nicht mehr an einzelnen Sektoren oder Abrechnungsmodalitäten. Sie wird vor allem digital stattfinden und weniger stationär oder ambulant. Das Krankenhaus bzw. die Arztpraxis kommt zu den Menschen nach Hause, ins Auto oder wo sie sich gerade befinden. Dies zu verstehen und den Wandel aktiv voranzutreiben, erfordert eine neue und vor allem agile Kultur.
