Abstract

Zusammenfassung Sind wir bereit, die eigenen inneren Haltungen und persönliche Handlungsmuster zu reflektieren, und schaffen wir es, dies wertschätzend in der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen zur Sprache zu bringen? Der WeQ-Test ist ein praxisorientiertes Tool, das genau dies unterstützt und mit bereits bestehenden Ansätzen und Instrumenten im beruflichen Alltag kombiniert werden könnte. In diesem Kapitel soll herausgestellt werden, welche Fragen auf dem Weg zu einer besseren Teamqualität gestellt werden können, welche bestehenden Ansätze mit dem WeQ-Test kombiniert werden könnten und welche Ansätze und Netzwerke bereits heute als Benchmark dienen, um das interne Partnering zu stärken.
