Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Artikel wird zunächst auf die Schwierigkeit einer befriedigenden Begriffsdefinition für „Nachhaltigkeit“ eingegangen und auf die mittels der Strategie verfolgten Zielsetzungen. Nach einer näheren Konkretisierung der im Titel genannten Techniken, werden diese einander gegenübergestellt. Hauptaugenmerk sind dabei Wirksamkeit und Kosten, die von den für die Durchführung erforderlichen Ressourcen als auch von möglichen Auswirkungen auf Risiko und Ertrag resultieren. Es werden Argumente für die aufgestellte Kernthese genannt, dass bei der Verfolgung einer Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie ethische Ziele nicht mit denen der Rentabilität, Liquidität und Sicherheit in Konflikt stehen müssen. Zudem wird gezeigt, weshalb beide Zielsetzungen unabhängig voneinander den Bedürfnissen des Anlegers entsprechend angepasst werden können.
