Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die verstärkte politische Forderung an betriebliche Altersversorgungseinrichtungen (EbAV), Umwelt-, Sozial- und Governance-Faktoren (ESG-Faktoren) in ihren Kapitalanlagen zu integrieren, könnte an den ESG-Präferenzen ihrer Versicherten ausgerichtet werden. Was würde dies für die treuhänderische Verwaltung des akkumulierten Kapitals der Anspruchsberechtigten einer EbAV bedeuten? In der hier vorgestellten wissenschaftlichen Untersuchung tritt zutage, dass es durchaus unterschiedliche ESG-Präferenzen zwischen Versorgungsanwärtern und -beziehern geben kann. Auch hinsichtlich der Relation zwischen ESG-Faktoren und finanziellen Anlagekriterien sind unterschiedliche Einstellungen zwischen den Gruppen nicht auszuschließen. Die Ergebnisse der Studie können u. a. als Hinweis verstanden werden, sehr sorgsam mit pauschalen Forderungen nach einer von ESG-Präferenzen der Anspruchsberechtigten einer EbAV geleiteten Kapitalanlage umzugehen.
