Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Hannoverschen Kassen gehören zu den Nachhaltigkeitspionieren in der Szene der deutschen EbAV (Einrichtung betrieblicher Altersversorgung). Getragen von ihrer breiten und engagierten Mitgliederschaft haben sie schon früh begonnen, ESG-Kriterien als Teil der Risikovorsorge in die Kapitalanlage zu integrieren und versucht, Investitionen an der Lebenswirklichkeit ihrer Versicherten auszurichten. Detaillierte Transparenz über getätigte Investitionen, Dialoge über Zielkonflikte und die stetige Weiterentwicklung der Kapitalanlage, orientiert an den Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), sind Grundpfeiler ihres treuhänderischen Verständnisses. Gemeinsam mit anderen Akteuren haben sie sich beispielsweise im Sommer 2020 dazu verpflichtet, ihre Kapitalanlage an den Pariser Klimazielen auszurichten und Transparenz über die Klimaauswirkungen ihrer Investitionen herzustellen. Eine weitere Besonderheit ist, dass die Hannoverschen Kassen ein nachhaltiges Geschäftsmodell mit einer transformativen Unternehmensentwicklung zusammen denken.
