Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Evangelische Ruhegehaltskasse in Darmstadt (ERK) ist eine Versorgungskasse, zu deren Aufgaben auch die Verwaltung von Vermögen im Einklang mit den ethisch-nachhaltigen Werten der Evangelischen Kirche und im Interesse der Mitglieder und der vielen Versorgungsempfänger gehört. Durch Identifikation und Steuerung von Nachhaltigkeitsrisiken sollen die langfristigen Erträge gesteigert werden; zudem sollen positive Veränderungen in Gesellschaft und Umwelt angestoßen und unterstützt werden. Die ERK hat dafür eine Struktur verwendet, die die Instrumente der nachhaltigen Geldanlage in einem „Baukastenprinzip“ miteinander kombiniert und in allen Anlageklassen zielgerichtet einsetzt. Auf der Agenda stehen jedoch schon die nächsten Herausforderungen: Implementierung neuer Anlageinstrumente, Strukturierung und Erweiterung des Reportings sowie die Fokussierung auf Geschäftsbeziehungen mit erfolgreichen und aus Überzeugung nachhaltig handelnden Partnern.
