Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bereits in einem normalen Unternehmensalltag gibt es in Sachen Kommunikation Defizite und herrscht in der Gerüchteküche keine Langeweile. Nach einer US-amerikanischen Übernahme steigt der formelle und informelle Kommunikationsbedarf im Vergleich dazu enorm. E-Mail-Postfächer füllen sich rasant. Meetings reihen sich aneinander. Informationen entstehen an den unterschiedlichsten Stellen und betreffen oft mehrere Mitarbeiter und Vorgesetzte. Zudem sind viele Themen neu, was die Situation weiter erschwert. Daher müssen neue Kommunikationsroutinen entwickelt werden, um einen hilfreichen Informationsfluss sicherzustellen.
