Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nach Monaten ist es endlich soweit: Das Projekt Post-Merger-Integration geht seinem Abschluss entgegen. Es ist gar nicht so einfach, den genauen Endpunkt zu bestimmen. Der Fokus verschiebt sich bereits seit einiger Zeit mehr und mehr auf das Tagesgeschäft. Die wesentlichen Änderungen sind implementiert, und die meisten Mitarbeiter spüren, dass sie auf der Zielgeraden sind. Aber eine Ziellinie gibt es nicht. Um wirklich wieder in einen normalen Alltag zurückzukehren, sollte dennoch ein Schlusspunkt gesetzt werden. Es gibt deutliche Anzeichen, wann dafür der richtige Zeitpunkt ist.
