Abstract

Zusammenfassung So, das Buch geht langsam zu Ende. Was ist denn nun das Fazit zum Thema „Störfaktor Chef“? Schauen wir doch dazu nochmal auf die einzelnen Kapitel zurück. Kernaussagen aller Kapitel werden abschließend kurz zusammengefasst. Insgesamt fällt das hierarchiebasierte Chef-Paradoxon auf. Die Erkenntnis, dass insbesondere bei Chefs gut Gedachtes nicht immer zu gut Gemachtem führt. Der Störfaktor Chef kann nur dann zerstörerisch zuschlagen, wenn schlecht dosierte Macht im Spiel ist. Die Lösung liegt also zweifelsfrei darin, Macht zu reduzieren. Chef ohne Macht ist dabei absolut kein Widerspruch. Das funktioniert tatsächlich. Wie das konkret klappt und wie erfolgreich ein solcher Ansatz sein kann, haben wir bereits über viele Jahre hinweg getestet. Auch in diesem letzten Kapitel gibt es nochmals Praxiserfahrungen zu einem beeindruckenden Führungskonzept.
