Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wirtschaftsmediation ist eine mediative Dienstleistung, die im Rahmen einer Unternehmensberatungsdienstleistung erbracht werden kann. Die Empfehlungen des internationalen Beratungsstandards ISO 20700 Leitlinien für Unternehmensberatungsdienstleistungen können daher auch für Mediationsprozesse und die Grundsätze mediativer Dienstleistungen der Wirtschaftsmediation angewendet werden. Dabei geht es um folgende Fragen: Welche Charakteristika weisen mediative Dienstleistungen der Wirtschaftsmediation auf? Welche Standards sind für mediative Dienstleistungen der Wirtschaftsmediation relevant? Wie kann ISO 20700 bei mediativen Dienstleistungen der Wirtschaftsmediation berücksichtigt werden? Der Bezug zur ISO 20700 soll als Leitfaden zur Qualitätssicherung mediativer Dienstleistungen dienen und zur Professionalisierung der Wirtschaftsmediation beitragen. Damit soll mehr Wissen und Transparenz geschaffen werden, was WirtschaftsmediatorInnen leisten und was von ihnen erwartet werden kann.
