Abstract

Zusammenfassung Holen wir den Konflikt aus der dunklen Ecke seines Daseins, denn noch immer ist das Wort „Konflikt“ hauptsächlich mit negativen Assoziationen verbunden. Doch es braucht Vielfalt und Auseinandersetzung, damit Veränderung = Weiterentwicklung passieren kann. Was aber ist das Gute am Konflikt? Diese Aspekte werden beleuchtet und mit Fallbeispielen hinterlegt. Indem wir unsere Kompetenz mit Konflikten umzugehen, weiterentwickeln, schaffen wir eine Konfliktkultur, die Auseinandersetzungen konstruktiv nützt. Doch was braucht es, um mit Konflikten konstruktiv umzugehen? Wir zeigen Möglichkeiten auf, die eigene Konfliktfähigkeit weiterzuentwickeln. Dadurch werden Wege von einem „Entweder – Oder“ hin zu einem „Sowohl als Auch“ geebnet. Wie kann man eine entsprechende Konfliktkultur im Unternehmen etablieren? Anhand eines Beispiels aus der Praxis wird diese Möglichkeit dargestellt.
