Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel werden die durch achtsame Selbstführung zur Verfügung stehenden Fähigkeiten und Vorgehensweisen vermittelt, um in dynamischen und disruptiven Zeiten erfolgreich zu führen. Klarheit und Empathie als Führungskompetenzen, das Durchbrechen von unbewussten Automatismen beim Führungshandeln, die kontinuierliche Reifung der Führungspersönlichkeit und ein bewusster, mutiger Umgang mit schwierigen Gefühlen werden praxisnah dargestellt. Die mittels Selbstführung erweiterten Möglichkeiten für Führungshandeln durch die emotional intelligente Gestaltung von Führungsbeziehungen werden angewendet, unterstützt durch viele Praxisbeispiele. Vertiefend wird erläutert, wie offene, veränderungsbereite, gestaltungswillige Führung in dynamischen und disruptiven Zeiten auf Basis von Selbstführung wirksam wird und wie die Umsetzung eines zeitgerechten, erfolgssichernden Führungsparadigmas durch achtsame Führung gelingen kann.
