Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Globalisierung führte zu einer komplexen Reihe von interaktiven Beziehungen zwischen Individuen, Organisationen und Staaten. Neuartige globale Interaktionsmöglichkeiten haben die Kommunikation komplexer gemacht als je zuvor in der Geschichte, da das Ganze andere Eigenschaften hat als die Summe seiner zunehmend diversifizierten Teile. Mit Globalisierung und wachsender Übertragungsgeschwindigkeit aber auch in Folge der Digitalisierungsrevolution im Zuge der COVID-19 Pandemie können Informationen weltweit unbekannte systemische wirtschaftliche Risiken mit sich bringen. Kollektive Interaktionseffekte führen zu schwer vorhersehbaren Problemen.
