Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der vorliegende Beitrag ist ein Erfahrungsbericht über einen Online-Kurs im Masterstudium an einer Fernhochschule. Er diskutiert Möglichkeiten und Grenzen des Lehrens und Lernens mit Hilfe von Praxisprojekten aus dem (Unternehmens-)Alltag der Studierenden. Es wird gezeigt, welche Herausforderungen eine zeit- und ortsunabhängige sowie weitgehend fakultative Lehre im Online-Studium an Lehrende und Studierende stellt. Kern des Beitrags ist die Darstellung der für diesen Kurs genutzten Elemente eines Ermöglichungsrahmens, welcher die Studierenden bei ihren überwiegend selbstorganisiert zu gestaltenden Lernprozessen begleitet und unterstützt. Zum Abschluss werden die im Lauf des Beobachtungszeitraums gesammelten Erfahrungen zusammengefasst, reflektiert und es wird ein kurzes Resümee gezogen.
