Abstract

Zusammenfassung Praxisprojekte als transferorientiertes Lernkonzept können für Unternehmen, Hochschule und Studierende eine echte Win–Win-Situation darstellen. Wird diese didaktische Methode gut geplant umgesetzt, so profitieren die Studierenden von einem Erwerb sowie einer Erweiterung ihrer fachlichen, sozialen und methodischen Kompetenzen durch den direkten Theorie-Praxis-Transfer. Die Rolle der Dozierenden verändert sich weg von der klassischen Wissensvermittlung hin zum Lerncoaching und zur Moderation von Lernprozessen. Im fachlichen Kontext des Personalmanagements lassen sich vielfältige Fragestellungen finden, die sich für die Durchführung eines Praxisprojektes eignen. So stellt die Autorin hier exemplarisch die Entwicklung und Konzeption eines Interviewleitfadens und eines kompetenzbasierten Fragenkatalogs auf Basis eines bestehenden Kompetenzmodells sowie die Entwicklung und Konzeption von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Gestaltung des Social-Media-Auftritts eines Praxisunternehmens vor.
