Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird in acht Abschnitten detailliert aufgezeigt, mit welchen Schritten ein Unternehmen eine Digital Excellence aufbauen kann. Dieser Prozess beginnt mit der Entwicklung von Visionen, Zielen und Strategien für das digitale Zeitalter. Anschließend werden Konzepte zur Entwicklung und Bewertung von Geschäftsmodellen präsentiert. Dem schließen sich Konzepte zur Digitalisierung der Wertschöpfungskette an. Anschließend wird dargelegt, wie die IT-Infrastruktur und die Datengrundlagen ausgestaltet werden müssen und welche Einsatzfelder die Künstliche Intelligenz bietet. In einem weiteren Abschnitt werden Konzepte zur Ausschöpfung von Digitalisierungsmöglichkeiten in Marketing und Vertrieb vorgestellt. Überlegungen zur Ausgestaltung der Human-Resource-Strategien sowie von Organisationskonzepten für das digitale Zeitalter schließen sich an. Abschließend wird aufgezeigt, welche Ausgestaltung des Controllings den Transformationsprozess unterstützen kann.
