Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird aufgezeigt, welche informatorischen Grundlagen im Vorfeld der Analyse einer Digital-Business-Performance zu gewinnen sind und welche Werkzeuge dafür eingesetzt werden können. Zusätzlich wird deutlich, welche Bedeutung das Storytelling hat, um die gesamte Organisation auf die Reise der digitalen Transformation mitzunehmen. Schließlich wird ein innovatives Konzept zur Analyse der Digital-Business-Performance präsentiert und im Detail vorgestellt, damit jedes Unternehmen diese Analyse eigenständig einsetzen kann.
