Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um die Wirksamkeit des im Rahmen des Design-Science-Prozesses entwickelten Artefakts zur Problemlösung zu demonstrieren und zu bewerten, wurden Fallstudien bei zwei Unternehmen durchgeführt. Dabei handelt es sich um ein Unternehmen der Möbelindustrie sowie ein Unternehmen der Beschichtungs- und Lackindustrie. Die Erkenntnisse der Fallstudien flossen in die Entwicklung des Vorgehensmodells ein.
