Abstract

Zusammenfassung 5S ist der Name einer Organisationsmethode am Arbeitsplatz, die eine Liste von fünf japanischen Wörtern verwendet: Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu und Shitsuke. Übersetzt, beginnen sie alle mit dem Buchstaben „S“. 5S wird verwendet, um das sicherste und beste Arbeitsumfeld zu stabilisieren, aufrechtzuerhalten und zu verbessern und so Leistungsverbesserungen zu unterstützen. 5S ist eine systematische und strukturierte Arbeitsplatzoptimierung, die ursprünglich von Toyota entwickelt und eingesetzt wurde. Ziel ist die Identifizierung und Beseitigung von Abfällen. In einfachen Worten: Die 5S-Methode hilft einem Arbeitsplatz, nicht mehr benötigte Elemente zu entfernen (sortieren), die Elemente zu organisieren, um Effizienz und Fluss zu optimieren (begradigen), den Bereich zu reinigen, um Probleme leichter zu identifizieren (Glanz), Farbe zu implementieren durch Codierung und Etiketten, um mit anderen Bereichen konsistent zu bleiben (standardisieren) und Verhaltensweisen zu entwickeln, die den Arbeitsplatz langfristig organisiert halten (nachhaltig). 5S ist eine Methode zur Organisation von Arbeitsplätzen, bei der eine Liste mit fünf japanischen Wörtern verwendet wird:
