Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Handlungsrahmen von Digital Business hängt wesentlich von den Haltungen der politischen Entscheidungsträger ab. Im Vorfeld der Schweizer Wahlen 2019 wurden sämtliche Kandidierende zu ihrer Einstellung gegenüber verschiedensten Aspekten der Digitalisierung befragt. Der Beitrag wertet gezielt digitalpolitische Fragen mit Wirtschaftsbezug aus. Auf diese Weise wird ein Bild des in der Schweizer Politik vorherrschenden Bewusstseins und der Einstellungen gegenüber den Herausforderungen der Digitalisierung in der Wirtschaft gezeichnet. Es wird aufgezeigt, dass bei Themen wie der Verstärkung von Umschulungsangeboten oder der Verankerung internationaler Leitlinien für den Einsatz von künstlicher Intelligenz unter den Parteien breiter Konsens besteht. Hingegen herrschen bei Fragen des Arbeitnehmerschutzes oder bei sozialpolitischen Forderungen wie derjenigen eines bedingungslosen Grundeinkommens Konfliktmuster vor, die aus der Alltagspolitik bekannt sind. Für eine politisch erfolgreiche Bewältigung der digitalen Transformation wird es letztlich entscheidend sein, dass die Sensibilisierung für das Thema in Politik und Öffentlichkeit weiter vorangetrieben wird.
