Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Entscheidungen eines Unternehmens zwischen Fremdbezug (über den Markt) und Eigenfertigung (im Unternehmen) in Bezug auf die in der jeweiligen Industrie relevanten Aktivitäten bedingen die Unternehmensgrenze. Zurückgehend auf Williamson wird der Fremdbezug auch als Nutzung der Governance-Form Markt und die Eigenfertigung als Nutzung der Governance-Form Hierarchie bezeichnet. Kapitalbeteiligungen, Joint Ventures, Allianzen etc.
