Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag untersucht Herausforderungen und Lösungsansätze in der kooperativen Entwicklung von intermodalen Mobilitätsangeboten (ÖPNV plus Sharing) in kleinen und mittleren Großstädten am Beispiel Potsdams. Er zeigt Werkzeuge und Wege, unterschiedliche Akteur*innenperspektiven im Planungsprozess konstruktiv zusammenzuführen und Konzepte für Mobilitätsangebote gesellschaftlich, geschäftlich und technologisch robust zu gestalten. Er betrachtet das BMBF-geförderte Projekt MaaS L.A.B.S., welches als Living Lab einen nutzer*innenzentrierten Ansatz verfolgt. Strukturell geht der Beitrag von drei Feldern der MaaS-Ökosystementwicklung aus, zeigt zugehörige Methoden, analysiert deren spezifische Qualitäten und skizziert Übertragbarkeiten. Die drei Felder sind: (1) eine Akteur*innenanalyse einhergehend mit dem Serious Gaming-Format „Your Private MaaS“, (2) der Living Lab-Ansatz als zentraler Handlungsrahmen und (3) die iterative IT-Systembild- und Plattformentwicklung. Der Text versteht sich als methodische Gesamtschau auf ein komplexes inter- und transdisziplinäres Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekt. Er überschreitet die Disziplingrenzen zwischen Informationswissenschaften, Mobilitätsforschung, Transformationsdesign und Technologieentwicklung.
