Abstract

Zusammenfassung Komplexe Veränderungsprozesse in Unternehmen setzen klares, strukturiertes, authentisches und nachhaltiges Vorgehen voraus, und erfordern, sowohl strategisch als auch operativ jede Erfahrung anzuwenden. Das folgende Kapitel widmet sich exemplarisch zentralen und wichtigen Erfahrungen, die mir bei unternehmerischen Veränderungsprozessen in meiner beruflichen Laufbahn stets geholfen haben.
