Abstract

Zusammenfassung Mit der Zertifizierung wird das Ziel verfolgt, die Implementierung eines Qualitätsmanagementsystems in einer Non-Profit-Organisation zu überprüfen, um eine bestimmte Leistungsqualität zu gewährleisten. Dieser Maßnahme kommt insbesondere im Non-Profit-Bereich eine besondere Bedeutung zu, da die Qualität der Non-Profit-Leistung häufig im Voraus nur schwer und ungenau zu beurteilen ist. Deshalb sind gezielte Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung erforderlich, die von einer unabhängigen Stelle bestätigt werden. Das Kapitel zeigt die Ziele, den Prozess, die Kosten und den Nutzen der Zertifizierung auf.
