Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die steigenden Qualitätsforderungen der unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen von Non-Profit-Organisationen machen die Sichtweise einer Non-Profit-Organisation in Richtung einer stärkeren strategischen und umfassenden Qualitätsorientierung notwendig. Das Kapitel zeigt unter Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen an ein Qualitätsmanagement auf, dass es zur strategischen Ausrichtung eines Qualitätsmanagements notwendig ist, die Qualitätsposition, Qualitätsstrategie, Qualitätsgrundsätze, Qualitätsforderungen und Qualitätsziele festzulegen.
