Abstract

Zusammenfassung Neben Digitalisierung, Transformation des Bildungssystems und Remote Work wird kaum ein Thema in den Medien so heiß und kontrovers diskutiert wie die künstliche Intelligenz. Von intelligenten Maschinen ist die Rede, die unsere Berufsbilder verändern und uns Menschen unsere Arbeit eines Tages wegnehmen würden. Werden die technischen Möglichkeiten von selbstlernende Algorithmen mit menschlichen Fähigkeiten eines Tages verschmelzen? Macht KI einige sich wiederholende Arbeiten und damit Jobs überflüssig? Oder geht es vielmehr darum, dass sich unsere Jobprofile zukünftig nicht auf Produkte und dezidierte Aufgaben fokussieren, sondern auf Problemlösungen und Verhaltensweisen? Und wie sieht unsere Beschäftigung dann zukünftig aus? Auf diese und andere Fragen blickt die Autorin des Artikels und stellt verschiedene Perspektiven und Forschungsergabnisse zur Diskussion.
