Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bevor wir uns mit den Erfahrungen und Plänen von Marketingexperten im Detail beschäftigen, wollen wir uns zu Anfang die Frage stellen: Was sind die Chancen und Risiken des Einsatzes von KI im Marketing aus der Sicht von „Praktikern“ aus Agentur, Kommunikation und Marketing? Daher kommen im Folgenden im Rahmen von Experteninterviews mit Führungskräften aus den Branchen Finanzdienstleistungen und Kommunikation genau die Marketers zu Wort, die sich bereits aktuell und zukünftig im Rahmen ihrer Marketingaufgaben mit KI auseinandersetzen.
