Abstract

Zusammenfassung Künstliche Intelligenz ist längst in unserem Alltag angekommen und versetzt nun auch die Rechtsberatungsbranche in Aufruhr. Der Diesel-Skandal und Kartellrechtsverletzungen wie z. B. durch das LKW-Kartell lieferten Impulse, Sammelklagen als das Mittel im Rechtsstreit gegen große Konzerne salonfähig zu machen. Als Helfer dabei: künstliche Intelligenz. Software-as-a-Service-Anwendungen werden immer beliebter und Automation und Predictive Analytics sind die Schlagworte. Doch gibt es zurzeit noch Hürden, die den barrierefreien und verbraucherfreundlichen Zugang zum Recht blockieren – sei es rechtlich oder technisch. Dieser Beitrag beleuchtet Chancen, Risiken und Aussichten aus der Sicht des Erfinders der gewerblichen Prozessfinanzierung in Deutschland, der FORIS AG.
