Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein Kreditierender im Rahmen eines Tauschaktes ist zunächst der, welcher gegenwärtig ein Gut liefert. Er kreditiert die Gegenlieferung so lange, bis eine regelrechte Bezahlung das vom Belieferten abgegebene Zahlungsversprechen ablöst. Was folgt daraus für die Rolle der Geschäftsbanken, die sie innerhalb der Handelsvollzüge am Markt wahrzunehmen haben? Die Geschäftsbanken treten genau wie die Zahlungsaufschub gewährenden Realgutlieferanten als Krediteur auf.
