Der Business Owner – Fluch?, Nein, Segen!

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Business Owner ist innerhalb des agilen Frameworks SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework®) essenzielle Rolle mit unterschiedlichen Verantwortlichkeiten, Rechten und Pflichten. Dieses Kapitel beschäftigt sich damit wie das Framework SAFe® die Rolle des Busines Owners entwickelt hat, wie sie gemeint ist. Ein Ziel ist anhand von Erläuterungen ein Verständnis innerhalb des Frameworks SAFe® für die Rolle des Business Owners zu schaffen. Es soll eine Einordnung des Business Owners in die Gesamtorganisation vorgenommen werden. Ferner sollen folgende Fragen in Bezug zum Business Owner beantwortet werden: Wer ist ein Business Owner, wie kann man Business Owner identifizieren? Welche Verantwortlichkeiten besitzt ein Business Owner? Woran hat ein Business Owner aktiven Anteil, was sind hierbei seine Mandate? Welche Erwartungshaltung haben die weiteren Rollen innerhalb des Frameworks SAFe® an den Business Owner. Der Beitrag stellt bestehende Definitionen erweitert dar und gibt Anregungen für angehende Business Owner in agilen Transformationen.
