Abstract

Zusammenfassung Agilität wird in der Zeit der Digitalisierung zu einem immer wichtigeren Thema für jede Art von Unternehmen. Deshalb wird in diesem Beitrag analysiert, was ein agiles Unternehmen ausmacht und wo Agilität seinen Ursprung hat. Zudem werden die Kernmerkmale von Agilität anhand von anschaulichen Beispielen erörtert. Außerdem werden die Voraussetzungen für den Einsatz von agilen Methoden aufgegriffen und dabei wird besonders auf die Methoden Scrum und SAFe® eingegangen. Zusätzlich wird die Bedeutung agiler Skalierung und Transformation thematisiert. Dabei soll ein Fallbeispiel das Verständnis von Handlungen in einer VUKA-Welt illustrieren. Des Weiteren sind im Folgenden realistische Chancen aufgeführt, die sich durch Agilität bieten, welche dennoch kritisch hinterfragt werden. Abschließend wird die Budgetierung agiler Teams diskutiert und in diesem Zusammenhang soll auch ein Vergleich zu traditionellen Teams hergestellt werden.
