Abstract

Zusammenfassung Gute Vorbereitung heißt, nicht nur über meine Inhalte, sondern vor allem über mein Publikum nachzudenken. Die 5 W-Fragen helfen uns sicherzustellen, dass Inhalt und Aufbereitung relevant für unsere Zielgruppe sind und wir Klarheit über das Ziel der Präsentation haben. Mit Storyboarding lernen wir eine bewährte Methode kennen, um eine Präsentation prägnant und klar strukturiert aufzubauen. Dabei werden zunächst generische Kapitel wie Eröffnung, Agenda und Zusammenfassung definiert und dann schrittweise mit Inhalt befüllt. Anschließend formulieren wir unsere Kernbotschaft und überlegen: Wie viel muss ich ausformulieren? Wie viel kann ich frei sprechen?
