Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ambitionierte Energie- und Klimaziele sind in Städten und Gemeinden nur durch eine integrierte ämter- und akteursübergreifende Planung und Umsetzung (smarte Planungsprozesse und virtuelle Organisation) zu erreichen. Die zahlreichen relevanten städtischen Akteure, die ihren themenspezifischen Strategie- und Umsetzungsaufgaben oft ohne Blick für das Ganze wahrnehmen, sind methodisch und inhaltlich zu koordinieren. Eine anerkannte Methodik (z. B. die der 2000-W-Gesellschaft) und ein daten- und toolgestütztes Instrument (z. B. das Gebäudeparkmodell) ermöglichen die sachgerechte Einordnung der themenspezifischen Einzelinteressen und damit einen zielführenden Blick auf das Ganze.
