Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Wunsch vieler Mitarbeitender ist es, ihre eigene Karriere systematisch voranzutreiben. Aber auch viele Führungskräfte sind daran interessiert, ihre Mitarbeitende zielgerichtet innerhalb oder auf eine bestimmte Position zu entwicklen, um die betrieblichen Anforderungen optimal zu erfüllen. Wie kann das gelingen und welche Methode ist erfolgsversprechend? Ein maßgeschneidertes Kompetenzmodell ist die effektivste Methode, die Kompetenzen der Mitarbeitenden bedürfnis- und anforderungsgerecht zu entwickeln. Dieses Kapitel beschreibt detailliert, aus welchen sechs Schritten ein Kompetenzmodell für Controllers besteht.
