Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zombies, also „untote“ Unternehmen sind eine Gefahr für gesunde Unternehmen, was im zwölften Kapitel gezeigt wird. Denn sie sind, finanziert über die Zentralbanken mit ihrer Niedrigzinspolitik, die die Kapitalknappheit aufgelöst und damit die Selbstreinigungskräfte der Märkte durch Insolvenzen abgeschafft hat, in der Lage, die Kapitalbasis solider Unternehmen über den normalen Wettbewerbsprozess zu erodieren. Das wird für Europa am Beispiel des Draghiats als Herrschaft der Zentralbank gezeigt.
