Abstract

Zusammenfassung Einige Projekte, Vorgänge bzw. Unternehmen haben im Kontext von Privatisierungen bzw. Teilprivatisierungen in der Vergangenheit eine erhebliche mediale Aufmerksamkeit generiert – nicht immer nur in einem positiven Sinne. In diesem Kapitel werden diese Beispiele aufgegriffen und noch einmal unter die Lupe genommen. Ich beschränke mich dabei auf die Kooperationsprojekte der staatlichen Ebene – also des Bundes und der Länder.
