Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel soll geschildert werden, welchen ideengeschichtlichen und wirtschaftspolitischen Grundlagen das ÖPP-Konzept unterliegt. Um nicht allzu weit abzuschweifen und weil der Antagonismus zwischen privat und öffentlich in einem vorangegangenen Kapitel bereits hinreichend thematisiert wurde, wird sich nun auf die Ausprägung des Modells im angelsächsischen Raum und auf dessen Adaption in Deutschland beschränkt. Zudem soll der Versuch unternommen werden, den Anteil von ÖPP-Unternehmen in verschiedenen Segmenten der Daseinsvorsorge zu gewichten.
