Abstract

Zusammenfassung Öffentlich-Private Partnerschaften setzen den Antagonismus einer öffentlich-rechtlichen Struktur und einer privaten Wirtschaftsform voraus. Dieser ist nicht naturgegeben, sondern wird von den sozialen, politischen und ökonomischen Rahmenbedingungen, von Ort und Zeit, determiniert. Wenn man möchte, könnte man den Gegensatz zwischen öffentlichem und privatem Eigentum bis in die Urgesellschaft nachvollziehen. Viele große Philosophen von Marx über Weber bis hin zu Habermas haben sich darin versucht. Wir wollen jedoch an dieser Stelle einen etwas kürzeren Weg beschreiten und uns auf die Herausbildung der modernen Industriegesellschaft beschränken.
