Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Begriff Öffentlich-Private-Partnerschaft (kurz: ÖPP) umschreibt zunächst einmal jede Form der Zusammenarbeit zwischen privaten und öffentlichen Partnern. Auf eine allgemeingültige Definition hat sich die Fachwelt bis dato nicht einigen können, allerdings sind in der wissenschaftlichen Befassung zahlreiche Muster entwickelt worden, um dieses Phänomen zu strukturieren und zu systematisieren. Dieses Kapitel beinhaltet eine kurze Einführung.
