Personalcontrolling im Krankenhaus

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Krankenhäuser stehen vor großen Herausforderungen. Einerseits wird es für die Kliniken immer schwieriger gut ausgebildetes pflegerisches, ärztliches und sonstiges Fachpersonal für sich zu gewinnen. Andererseits steigt jedoch auch der wirtschaftliche Druck im Krankenhaussektor unaufhörlich. Vor diesem Hintergrund müssen sich die Führungskräfte eines Klinikums die Frage stellen, wie sie die vorhandenen Personalressourcen im Klinikalltag optimal einsetzen können. Das Personalcontrolling kann hierzu einen wesentlichen Beitrag leisten.
