Abstract

Zusammenfassung Digitale Technologien weisen – wie im vorherigen Beitrag in diesem Handbuch aufgezeigt wurde – auch im Umfeld des Controllings Anwendungsfelder auf. Die Erläuterungen der Auswirkungen digitaler Technologien wurden gegenwärtig auf eher übergeordneter Ebene ohne konkreten Bezug zu einzelnen Controlling-Prozessen vorgenommen. Ziel des vorliegenden Beitrags ist es, konkrete Anwendungsfelder und Nutzenpotenziale moderner, digitaler Technologien entlang ausgewählter operativer Controlling-Prozesse aufzuzeigen. Hierbei werden ebenfalls dafür notwendige Voraussetzungen und Herausforderungen aufgezeigt.
