Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Digitalisierung wird aktuell als einer der Mega-Trends im Controlling betrachtet. Eine Kopplung der Digitalisierung mit einer prozessualen Perspektive findet bisher in Theorie und Praxis allerdings nicht statt. Der Beitrag wendet auf Basis des Prozessmodells der IGC digitale Technologien auf Anwendungs- und Entwicklungspotenziale der Digitalisierung im operativen Controlling an und zeigt auf, wo in Forschung und Praxis noch offene Fragen bestehen.
