Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine Vielzahl von Entwicklungen der letzten Jahre deuten auf einen grundlegenden Wandel der Sichtweisen innerhalb von Transport und Logistik hin. Die als positiv und motivierend wahrgenommenen Entwicklungen haben ihren Ursprung in wachsenden Märkten mit steigenden Anforderungen, welche sich mit der verfügbaren Kompetenz und Kapazität und innerhalb der politischen Rahmenbedingungen ertragsstark bedienen lassen. Hinzu tritt der Strom von technologischen Errungenschaften zur Stärkung der straßenbetonten Dienstleistungsangebote, welche mit dem allgegenwärtigen Begriff der Digitalisierung beginnen und bis zu Industrie 4.0 als Ausdruck einer grundsätzlichen Neugestaltung von Prozessinnovationen reichen2.
