Abstract

Zusammenfassung Viele Unternehmen stehen gegenwärtig, insbesondere durch Veränderungen der Nachfragebedürfnisse hin zur Individualisierung, durch die Transformation hin zu Industrie 4.0 sowie durch die fortschreitende Digitalisierung in den Wertschöpfungsketten, einem tiefgreifenden Wandel gegenüber. Die Herausforderungen erstrecken sich u. a. über die Fertigung unterschiedlicher Losgrößen, verschiedene Ausgestaltungen von Kooperationen sowie das kosteneffiziente Herstellen und Anbieten sowohl innovativer als auch individualisierter Produkte.
