Abstract

Zusammenfassung Mobile Kommunikationsmedien versprechen in der internen Kommunikation einen besseren Zugang für Mitarbeitende und mehr Aktivierungsmöglichkeiten für Kommunikatoren im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen digitalen Plattformen. Die erfolgreiche Gestaltung des mobilen Kanals erfordert jedoch ein sehr gutes Verständnis der inhaltlichen Anwendungsbereiche, der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen und der daraus resultierenden technischen Anforderungen. Erfolgsfaktoren für die Anwendung mobiler Medien in der Mitarbeiterkommunikation lassen sich aus ersten Anwendungsfällen ableiten.
