Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird die Interne Unternehmenskommunikation in ihrer Funktion als strategisch-instrumentelle Kommunikation betrachtet, in welcher sie von Führungsverantwortlichen eingesetzt wird, um über den Einsatz der Mitarbeitenden die Zwecke und Ziele der Unternehmensführung zu erreichen. In diesem Zusammenhang werden ihr von der Dienstleisterin bis zur Befähigerin unterschiedliche Rollen zugewiesen. Globalisierung, Digitalisierung und Entgrenzung machen schließlich einen Kompetenzzuwachs erforderlich, der Wissen aus allen Bereichen der Unternehmens- und Menschenführung einbeziehen muss.
