Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Planung der internen Unternehmenskommunikation soll zwei Kernfragen beantworten: Erstens, welches sind die Kommunikationsziele, mit deren Erreichen ein Wertbeitrag für das Unternehmen geleistet werden kann? Zweitens, wie müssen die Maßnahmen aussehen, damit sie das Erreichen der Kommunikationsziele sicherstellen. Grundlage und Ausgangspunkt der Planung ist die Konkretisierung der strategischen Ziele des Unternehmens im Kontext allgemeiner Ziele der internen Unternehmenskommunikation.
