Abstract

Zusammenfassung Gegenstand des vorliegenden Beitrags ist die Equity Story als strategische Basis für Narrative der Kapitalmarktkommunikation. Ziel ist es, die Equity Story als Werkzeug strategischer Investor-Relations-Kommunikation zur Sicherung eines strategischen Alignments zwischen dem kommunikativen Handeln der Unternehmensakteure und der Unternehmensstrategie aus kommunikativ-linguistischer Perspektive vorzustellen. Darüber hinaus wird gezeigt, wie ausgewählte Erkenntnisse der Linguistik und der Kommunikationswissenschaft zur Qualität von Equity-Story-Narrativen sowie zur Gestaltung weiterer Maßnahmen der Investor Relations beitragen können.
