Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Aktienmarketing bietet eine Reihe wertvoller Ansatzpunkte für das Management der Investorenbeziehungen am Kapitalmarkt. Während in der Praxis darunter vor allem das werbliche Verkaufen der Aktie als „Produkt“ des Unternehmens verstanden wird, bestehen weit umfassendere Konzepte des Aktienmarketings, die neben der Kapitalmarktkommunikation auch die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten im Sinne der Produkt-, Preis- und Distributionspolitik einbeziehen. Darüber hinaus ist eine konsequent kapitalmarktorientierte Unternehmensführung erforderlich, um die Wertbeiträge der Investor Relations adäquat abzubilden.
