Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine erfolgreiche Investor-Relations-Arbeit setzt voraus, die Finanzkommunikation im Kontext der Unternehmensstrategie zu betrachten. Gerade bei Eintritt von Unternehmenskrisen – und ihre Zahl nimmt im Wirtschaftsalltag eher zu als ab – ist diese umfassende Perspektive wichtig. In einer Krise ist die Investor-Relations-Abteilung ein Kooperationspartner im bereichsübergreifenden Kriseninterventionsteam. Damit rücken neben Investoren und Analysten weitere Stakeholdergruppen mit je eigenen Erwartungen und Reaktionsmustern in den Blick der Finanzkommunikation. Der Beitrag geht dieser Herausforderung nach und erörtern die Bedeutung einer aktiven Stakeholder-Pflege für die Krisenkommunikation.
